You might have found this image of Waka Flocka Flame on Flickr that's designated "Creative Commons" material. But it turns out that it's a copyright violation: the uploader is www.chicagofabulousblog.com, but the photo has a watermark of the website atlnightspots.com; this is the original source. The author of the Chicago website freely admits: "I do not own any images on this blog, unless it’s stated in the post." While the image was uploaded to flickr (without permission) the day the original author posted it, I see no evidence that the two websites are associated. Waka Flocka's Real Name
