Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Lake Louise (Alberta), please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. 117Avenue (talk) 02:04, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, you could have asked for a citation. This name I mentioned in the edit is the one displayed by the Parks Canada at the Lake Louise itself in one of their history/gep description boards. You could have asked for citation instead of undoing edits.

I have asked for a citation. A board is not a citation, please read Wikipedia's policy on verification. 117Avenue (talk) 00:00, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Identifying_reliable_sources: "Reliable sources may be published materials with a reliable publication process". National Parks Canada is a Government of canada body with an established publishing process for descriptions of sites managed by it. It not only presents names but also historical and geological etc information based on scientific research. It is very clear the change and citation is a verifiable one. Please revert the changes. More over if there are citation lacking you should ask for one and not delete the addition.
