Eshwaramma mattam is a famous piligrimage center located in Brahmamgarimatham which is a mandal in YSR district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.It is the place of Sree Veera-Brahmendra Swamy Jeevasamdhi, and Sree Eshwaramma Devi Jeeva samadhis are located.

Jaganmatha Shree Eshwari Devi

Shri Eswaramma vaaru, also called as Jagnamatha Eshwari devi is the grand daughter of Sri Mad Virat Pothuluri Sree Veerabrahmendra swamy.Shri Eshwaramma varu, born to the devine lineage of Govindaswamula Varu(Elder son of Veerabrahmendra swamy)and Girimamba.She was the elder daughter of Govindaswamy, with Kashamamba, Kalamamba,Sharavamba and Shankaramamba as her sibilings.Shree Eshwaramma varu,used to show deep intrest towards religious activities and vedic learning fron childhood itself.She was considred as a child prodigy, due to her adept vedic chanting skills.She mastered the patanjali yoga in the early days, and her deep intrest used to reside in chanting the Kalagnanam, The sandhra Sidhu Veda.She received the Divya maha mantropadesham from her father Shree.Guru Govinda swamy,attained maha samadhi,renounced the material world,and started her spiritual journey with the devine blessings of her parents.For years, She was in her yogic meditation in the Konda caves, located in the southwest direction of the current Brahmamgarimatham which is approximately 4 KMS inside the thick forest.This caves, are now , a religious spot, where in the piligrims visiting Brahmamgarimatham, also do visit these caves.In the caves, one side of the walls will be vibrating in red color (Kunkuma), and the other side of the walls in yellow color(Turmeric).The piligrims believe, that this is due to the devine vibrations of Eshwari mahadevi.

Shree Eshwari Devi Kalagnanam

Shree eshramma varu, like her grand father, has authored the Kalagnana, and travled all over India, preaching Veerabrahmendra kalagnanam and advaitha siddantham.The kalagnama written by Eshwaramma varu, can be seen in the villages Kongala ramapuram, and Kona samudram, and are receiving the daily poojas in the temples.The chief disciples of Eshwari devi ammavaru were Chatukonda Chengayya Shetty, and Yogi Subbayyacharya, and travelled all over india with Ammavaru.
