Early life

She was born in Modesto, California. She was in amateur shows since the age of 13. For the first six months of her life she was deaf, and appreciates her ear for music because of this.[1]

The Glee Project

In 2010 Lindsay auditioned for The Glee Project; a singing/acting reality show where the winner recieves a seven episode arc on the next season of Glee. She was picked as one of 12 competitors to be on the show from more than 40,000 applicants. While on the show they made her seem like "the bad guy". Making her seem like she didn't care for the others, and that she thought she was better than them. Later in the season Glee boss, and TGP judge told her she came off as fake, and needed to be herself. From then on she was more real, and honest. In the finale it was decided she would not win the prize, however her and fourth place runner up Alex recieved 2 episode arcs. Her first episode aired September 20, with a possibility of more than 2 episodes.[2]

Glee

Lindsay made her debut as ‘the Gerber baby’ at a drama-filled pre-college meeting that Kurt and Rachel attended. She performed a mashup of ‘ Anything Goes / Anything You Can Do’ from ‘Anything Goes’ / ‘Annie Get Your Gun.’ The song was released as a single for digital download.[3]
