This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 85.65.139.173 (talk) at 16:04, 4 October 2011 (comments about the latest changes to "macroeconomics"). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

I am somewhat upset to see so much inaccuracy in the article about Wellesley Aron, particularly about his early life. This includes the recent changes from April 2011. My sources of information about Wellesley Aron are from the Kibbutz and Habonim archives (Yad Tabenkin, Ramat Gan, Israel), where I have been doing some research about the Habonim founders (and for an article which is due to appear shortly). The book about Wellesley seems to have been the source previously used for data in the main article, but several points in that article which were taken from that book are clearly wrong. In my opinion a re-write of the first sections of the article about Wellesley are necessary.

However before introducing changes I would appreciate some discussion about what actually took place during Wellesley's full life. Macrocompassion (talk) 15:56, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Macroeconomics

This subject needs to be greatly improved and I have made a start at doing this. The diagram showing how money circulates is vital in order to provide readers with some understanding of what macroeconomics is all about! (However this model deserves a whole long descriptive passage and set of definitions too, which I am not yet providing since it relates to my to be published book on the subject!)

The descriptive material about macroeconomics has been revised (by me) by adding some introductory paragraphs, both with the diagram and in a later section whose title has been modified. Generally I regard the subject of macroeconomics as divisible into a set of topics each of which deserves separate coverage in Wikipedia (and not as has been done here). This implies some decision-making in committee or at least "on line" with an established set of specialists.85.65.139.173 (talk) 16:04, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
