Population numbers

Hi; do you have a source to support the 2009 population numbers you're adding to articles? If not provided, the edits are apt to be reverted. 99.12.242.170 (talk) 17:01, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, then please include the links to the specific data as footnoted citations. Population data are a common target of vandals, and changes receive scrutiny if they're not cited. Thanks, 99.12.242.170 (talk) 17:06, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The authoritative source (particularly for the data you're changing) is the U.S.Census. here is a place to find that information TEDickey (talk) 23:23, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am using that website to change the populations of Cities.
