All Turkey Progressive Youth Association

(Tüm İlerici Gençlik Derneği TÜM-İGD ) Before 1980 in Turkey, IGD was the biggest young association. Now All Turkey Progressive Youth (Tüm-İgd) is continuoning their mission. All Turkey Progressive Youth Association hava a claim which can be discribed as the famoust Turkish socialist poet Nazim Hikmet’s statement of “a dream of a world without hunger and exploitation.” Young progressive people of Turkey have the same utopia of this great poet of twenth century. So they claim to realize this utopia and exalt the values of socialist ideas.
