e-International Relations (e-IR) is a free to access e-magazine covering international relations and international politics. The website has published since November 2007, and was incorporated as a non-profit organisation in 2011.[1] It is recommended by the London School of Economics[2] and other leading universities.[3][4] It's articles have been referenced by the Wall Street Journal,[5] The Brookings Institution,[6] World Affairs,[7] Human Security Gateway,[8] The Stanley Foundation,[9] and the International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect,[10] amongst others.

e-IR contains a mixture of articles, essays, and features, broadly aimed at students of international politics. Prominent contributors have included Anand Menon, Barry Rubin, I. William Zartman, Immanuel Wallerstein, Jolyon Howorth, John Redwood, Brian Barder and Stephen Chan OBE. While it also publishes shorter opinion pieces[11] its original articles are considered refereed publications by the academic community in International Relations.[12][13][14][15]

The site also publishes regular international politics student textbook features, in association with Oxford University Press.[16][17]
