360 is an Australian hip hop artist from Melbourne.

Biography

360 attended Luther College in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. In February 2007 he signed to Soulmate Records,[2][3] and released his debut album, What You See Is What You Get, in March 2008. 360 also achieved a degree of notoriety with the release of a music video for "Mamma Mia", which featured desire for Bec Hewitt and his disdain for her husband, Lleyton Hewitt.[4][5]

360 owes much of his popularity to rap battling in both Australia and overseas. He plays live shows and creates many collaborative works with Pez as part of the duo Forthwrite.[6] In 2010, 360 started a phenomenon in the Australian hip-hop scene known as Rapper Tag[7][8] on YouTube, which has gained a large following.[9] 360 featured on Pez's single, "The Festival Song", which peaked at #14 on the Australian artists singles chart. In a video interview with Sam James, Danny Haneman and Aisha Glen for Peak Street Magazine, 360 described his musical style as "there's some pop influences, electro and dubstep".[10]

In 2011, 360's single "Just Got Started" entered at #74,[11] and peaked at number 30 on the ARIA Urban Singles Chart.[citation needed] His second album, Falling & Flying, was released on the 30th of September 2011,[12] topping the Australian iTunes charts for 3 weeks. In 2011, he was awarded the Channel [V] Oz artist of the year, winning over such Australian artists as pop group Short Stack and also X-Factor judge Guy Sebastian.
