Fair use rationale

Purpose of use |
Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work of which it is a portion. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to provide a visual reference to how the campaign's message was displayed in the unique medium of the campaign. |
Replaceable? |
As The Trillion Dollar Campaign was produced in 2009, copyright will not expire on any component of the piece until 2079 under current legislation. As such, the image is irreplacable with a freely licensed alternative image. Additionally, as the image contains (very low resolution) images of banknotes, it is possible that the image may *never* be acceptably released under a free enough license to excuse it from Fair Use provisions. |
