This article reads as though it has been written by people promoting the company, and by the local residents around the chocolate factory. "Internationally known" is not quantifiable; "sold around the world" would be. The second paragraph talks about opinions of the residents, but provides no citations or quotations. The statement around George Ferguson is nebulous and vague; visions do not turn factories into "leading venues." Equally, "leading venue" is vague and not substantiated.
