Medicine, injections or surgery are generally prescribed for treatment of symptoms; however, a simple excercise may help. It is important to have properly fitting shoes and you may need help from a knowledgeble and reliable source for that. For the excercise, remove your shoe and pick up marbles from the floor using the toes on the affected foot. The more this exercise is conducted, the greater the likelihood of success. After a few days of consistent excercise, some relief should be apparent. If this excercise is successful, full relief is more likely in weeks, not days.
