Rollback

(add requestview requests)

For the purposes described in WP:RBK#When to use rollback, e.g., speedy undoing obvious vandalism. —glossologist (talk) 22:20, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
FYI: I've been already using the rollback feature for almost two years at the Russian wiki. —glossologist (talk) 20:55, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Just a reminder, user-rights and experience on other wiki's do not carry much weight on other projects. Mlpearc (powwow) 21:17, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done. You have little to no recent experience fighting real vandalism here on Wikipedia. If you want the rollback tool, show us that you need it! Go to Special:RecentChanges and make 50 or so vandalism reverts, either with the undo function, or the userscript, Twinkle. Once you have done that, come back and request the tool again. -FASTILY (TALK) 12:08, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Seems to be done. —glossologist (talk) 00:12, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Frequently encountering multiple vandalism
Most of my activity is vandalism patrolling on a fairly limited number of articles (about 50, aside from cases where I follow an editor's contributions to other vandalized articles). About 5% of these cases involve people making multiple edits before being noticed, which can be quite tiresome to restore. See, for example, today, Marquisate of the Valley of Oaxaca with [1], and Tapas with [2] Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 23:17, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Most appreciated. Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 07:07, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I am aware and frequently use the quite helpful rollback feature of twinkle for reverting vandalism and i can differentiate between intentional and unintentional disruptive editing which i frequently come across on the articles (specially Indian) that i edit, If they are from new editors i always make sure i leave a welcome msg or explanation on their talk pages, to prevent future disruption. I have also used scripts like citation bot, reflink, AWB, hotcat, dab solver, etc so I feel i will be able to make good use of huggle (or igloo etc), and save my time while navigating the recent changes so that i can cover more articles.
