Ventura Braves

The Ventura Braves were a California League baseball team based in Ventura, California, USA that existed from 1950 to 1952. Their major league affiliate was the (then Boston Braves) Atlanta Braves. They played their home games at Babe Ruth Field.[1]

Notable players include Gene Lillard, Bob Roselli and Bobby Sturgeon. Lillard and Sturgeon also managed the team.
