Ugolino of Forlì

Ugolino of Forlì or Ugolino of Orvieto (Italian: Ugolino da Orvieto o Ugolino da Forlì) (Forlì, c. 1380 - Ferrara, c. 1457) was an Italian composer and musical theorist of the Renaissance.[1]
Ugolino of Forli was the first to use a five lines staff.
