Stoner is a new York city based group/clothing the clothing was founded December of 2011 The quote "being stoned is a state of mind" is on the logo which is what breaks the word Stoner out of the category of weed or "pot head" " you can be stoned of off anything that u like thats why ppl say the quote "(high off life)" - I.Y.E . Early 2012 it was turned into a music group led by 17 year old Ihsan smith better known by his stage name I.Y.E. formaly known as Iye smooth.
