Biography

Urgent rose from the east coast in the mid-80's, and with the help of legendary producers Ian Hunter and Mick Ronson, they released their debut album "Cast the First Stone" in 1985. It became a minor success with the single "Running Back" peaking at #79 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Their 1987 follow-up album "Thinking Out Loud" was not a success, and the band called it quits
