Boris Stepanovich Lukoshkov (1922-1989) - Honoured Artist of the RSFSR.

Biography

  • 1922, June 20, was born in the village Nyunega Shenkursky district of the Arkhangelsk region.
  • 1930-1940 attended high school in Shenkursk.
  • 1940, October joined the Red Army.
  • 1941-1945 Second World war veteran.
  • 1945-1947 worked as: a graphic designer in Shenkursk House of Culture, Arts All-Russian cooperative Michurinsk.
  • 1949-1954 studied: the Leningrad Art College in the picturesque faculty,
  • 1954-1955 at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. named after I.E. Repin.
  • 1955-1957 creative work in Shenkursk.
  • 1957 moved to Arkhangelsk, and worked in the workshops of the Art Fund and the North-West * publishing company.
  • 1957 for the first time took part in an exhibition of works of art Arkhangelsk.
  • 1965 admitted to the Union of Artists of the RSFSR.
  • 1971-1975 Chairman of the Arkhangelsk Union of Artists of the RSFSR.
