Suat Suna (May 26, 1975) is a Turkish pop singer and composer, one of the consistently best-selling musicians in Turkey. He writes all of his own material and has released more than eleven best-selling albums during a career spanning 20 years.His nicknames include the "The Prince of Music"

Biography

Suat Suna, one of the most important names of the Turkish Pop music was borned on the 26th of May (in 1975), in İstanbul. His father is “Mehmet Sait Suna” who was a valuable violin master. Suat Suna started to learn playing the violin when he was 4 years old. He was graduated from Saint Benoit French Lycee in 1994; also he was graduated from the Violin Department of Istanbul University conservatory in 1992, that he was continued at the same time with his school. After that he issued his education in Maltepe University Faculty of Communication.

Suat Suna started his professional music life in his lycee years and had a lot of first place awards from inter-lycee music contests that arranged by Milliyet journal. He had a second place award in Beyaz Güvercin music contest in 1992, also first, second and fourth place awards in 1993 in Pop Show contest. He won totally 14 awards from such kind of contests.

After these contests, he got a lot of offers from the organizations. His nice songs fairly fascinated the people. Even today for a 18 years old man that is hard to make and achieve such kind of things. Suat Suna made decisions on the albume offers and he had lounched his first albume “Ansızın Çektin Gittin” with Ali Kocatepe. Promptly, that albume was handled over 1 million. After that, respectively he had lounched Sözüne Kanmam, Hasret Feneleri, Rüyam ve Sen, Yapamam Sensiz, Yolun Açık Olsun, Sana Haksızlık Ettim, Su Damlası, Leyla, 10, Aşkın Adı albumes.

Suat Suna contributed to a lot of Populer’s albumes. Such like... Mişa Sidi Sarfati, Kayahan, Yigit Giray, Güney, Akay, Işın Karaca, Yeliz and so on… Suat Suna has over 150 compositions with his own lyrics. 1993 Career

Suat Suna had joined Pop Show 93 contest in 1993 that was arranged by Show Tv. Only just he was a teenager at that time. Suat Suna won public’s love with his stand during the contest. . As a matter of fact, he had made history having first, second and fourth place awards, in addition having these successes with his own compositons as an 18 years old man.

He lounced his first albume which is called “Ansızın Çektin Gittin” from Number One Plak after the contest, on surveillance of Ali Kocatepe. The albume made a bomb effect in the market with over a million sale digit and it was an indicator of that he will continue with confident steps. Suat Suna made 3 clips for his first albume and he was loved considerably. There was always congestion at his concerts and signature days.

1994 Career

Suat Suna started his new albume workings who was graduated from Saint Benoit College in 1994. He lounched his second albume which is called “Sözüne Kanmam” from Emre Plak with Ozan-Kenan Doğulu brothers. Suat Suna’s clothes had got a sound attention in this albume and we can say most people dressed such kind of clothes at that year. The another remarkable point is Kenan Doğulu’s singing behind Suat Suna ‘s Sözüne Kanmam albume. Suat Suna’s second albume was sold over 750.000 ' and made a very good total circulation. 1995 Career

When 1995, Suat Suna was seeking to make a very good albume completely. Before that albume he had met with his close friend Iskender Paydaş and Grand Master Kayahan. Grand Master contributed him in his Albume with his song “Hasret Fenerleri” and he won a friend, that may be he can love as his own son to the end of his life. Suat Suna’s 3. albume marked to the pop music with his sale over 1,5 million. Suat Suna made 2 clips for the albume and proved that he is a permanent artist.

1996 Career

Suat Suna’s “Rüyam ve Sen” albume that he lounched unto last months of 1996 was loved very much by his fans. Suat Suna put signatures to very romantic songs. The albume that lounched from Tempa Foneks was contributed him with its total circulation over 500.000 for going on his way in a good way. Suat Suna made 2 clips for the albume.

1998 Career

Before the albume he made a series music for “Erguvan Yılları” Series. Unto April he lounched his fifth albume from Tempa Foneks called “Yapamam Sensiz”. He worked with his close friend Iskender Paydas in the albume. The albume just like an emotion flood of Suat Suna was sold nearby 500.000 and indicated that Suat Suna kept his high calibre listener mass. 1999 Career

Suat Suna lounched his 6th albume “Yolun Açık Olsun” from Orjin Music one of Prestij Music Institutions. ' and made his records in his own studio. Suat Suna ‘s beloved albume “Yolun Açık Olsun” was placed the most succesful albumes of 1999. It reached over 850.000 total circulation. He made 2 clips for that albume too.

2000 Career

Suat Suna ‘s 7th albume called “Sana Haksızlık Ettim” that lounched from Prestij Music had very romantic hit songs and very hit pop songs. Suat Suna’s 7th albume reached a good circulation by pushing of 950.000. He made 2 clips for the albume. Also he made his clip in Frankfurt and by the way he won the love of the foreigners there and our expatriate poeple.

2002 Career

Suat Suna was asking for putting a mark completely to the market as is his first and third albumes. After a long work, he lounched his 8. albume called “Su Damlası” from Prestij Music. He got the Grand Master Kayahan Açar ‘s support and had worked with his dear friend Iskender Paydaş. Thought, as total circulation the albume didn’t put a mark to the market but made a good circulation with a sale digit over 350.000. But he signed a song with Grand Master Kayahan like “O Lelli”, that beloved by everyone and will be listened always ; this song’s clip turned on screens until he made another albume. In summer nights it was played in everywhere too loudly. He made 2 clips for the albume.

2004 Career

Everyone paid attention to Grand Master Kayahan was being productor to Suat Suna. As saying “ Because of the only person that grave this is Suat Suna; I made such kind of albume”. The Grand Master showed that to all , both he is a very good artist and he loved Suat Suna very much.

Suat Suna ‘s 9. albume’s name was “Leyla” that lounched from Doğan Music ( D.M.C). Suat Suna ‘s that albume sold 150.000s and put signature to a good circulation. He made 2 clips for the albume. Also he made his clips in Amsterdam and by the way he won the love of the foreigners there and our expatriate poeple.

2006 Career

When 2006, the albumes was not selling, the pirates and sur-internet mp3s were making circulation. Even all of these challenges, he lounched his 10. albume that he said “I turned to my own”,called “10” from Seyhan Music in 2006. In the albume he had worked with İskender Paydaş and a lot of valuable names.

Even Suat Suna couldn’t make as is old; with his over 10.000 circulation had kept a good number for 2006. Suat Suna couldn’t interested with the albume 10 -which is the most qualified one- so much because he joined the army at the same year and can made only one clip. Suat Suna made albumes to a lot of people and had awards from a lot of institution at these days. I salut the Prince of the romantic music with regard.

2009-2010 Career

Suat Suna ‘s 11th albume called “Askin Adi” that lounched from Suat Suna Music had very romantic hit songs and very hit pop songs. He made 2 clips for the albume.
