Dan Roan is the BBC's Sports News Correspondent.

Career

Having graduated from Cambridge University, Roan joined the BBC in 1998 as a News Trainee, going on to work as a politics, business and general news reporter for a range of programmes. He left the BBC to joined Sky Sports News in 2003, becoming Chief News Reporter in 2007. Roan spent two years freelancing before returning to the BBC in 2010 as Sports News Correspondent in March 2010.[1]
