Escape The Fate EP (demo) is the self titled demo album by Escape the Fate, it was recorded between 2004-2005. The demo contains six songs all of the Demo versions. The only confirmed single was "Not Good Enough For Truth In Cliche". The songs on the EP were later re-recorded for the album There's No Sympathy For the Dead and Dying Is Your Latest Fashion.

About the Tracks
The band made a music video for the song Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliche which feature the band performing together in the deserts of Nevada. The video was produced by J. Reyes. [4]
- The first song (Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliché) was re-recorded for the album Dying Is Your Latest Fashion. It is also the first single released for the album.[5]
- The second song (Make Up) is re-recorded and added as a bonus track on the Japanese edition of Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, is also tracked for the Situations EP.
- The third song (Chariot of Fire) is re-recorded their debut album Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, under the title When I go Out, I'm Gonna Go Out On A Chariot of Fire.
- The fourth song (I Can Swing A Mic Like Nobody's Business) was renamed There's No Sympathy for the Dead was re-recorded and tracked in the album Dying Is Your Latest Fashion and also with its own EP There's No Sympathy for the Dead released in 2006.
- The fifth song (As I'm Falling Down) is re-recorded as As You're Falling Down was included in the EP There's No Sympathy for the Dead and EP Album Situations.
- The sixth song (The Structure Falls) was not re-recorded.
