Vivek is a comedic actor from Southern India. Vivek is a satirist ever more than a comedian or humourist. His movies draw humor from scenes of daily life in Chennai and the surrounding regions. His jokes often relate to more serious subjects, such as bribery, over-population, and corruption. Vivek is better educated than many actors, which has helped him stay clear of trouble from the politicians he pokes fun at. He is mostly popular with urban people, while rural people tend to prefer comedians such as Vadivelu, Senthil, and Goundamani.

Profile

Vivek is a good thespian who can grab the hearts of trillions of Tamil fraternity. He is considered to be a demiGod in the hearts of teenagers that many follow his dialogues in their regular life starting from "Adapppppaaavi" to "Sorrrrry Sister".

Vivek started his career in Kollywood and became popular with his "Innikku Sethaa, naalaikku Paal" dialogue in the movie "Pudhupudhu Arthangal". He, by virtue of getting introduced, considers K.Balachander as his GURUNATHAR. K.B. is a legendary director (Eyakkunar Sigaram)who is known for his logical dialogues and lusty screenplays.

Vivek imitated Nadigavel M.R.Radha, lifting whip on his hand to torment the fallible and superstitious beliefs and erode the dark feelings from the minds of million. Owing to the fact that all comedians, atleast, at once should mimic others, Vivek handled this pretty cool and conglomerated a team of like-minded assistants to develop scripts supporting the core idea, without compromising the crux, of what he intended to do the comedy.

It was even from the times of Goundamani & Senthil combine to have a separate comedy track and which was greatly successful too...! But, his comedy tracks served as a gap-fillers in many movies which gave him recognition at many a times. Noteworthy will it be, if some of the films are mentioned, like Saami, Run etc.

His timely comedy with rhyming words, without altering the meaning and with proven presence of mind as a whole has taken him from depth of despair to heights of glory and pinnacle of confidence. His brilliance also extended in stage shows and he is lucky to have gathered the affection of Jyothika, who likes Vivek very much as the best comedian.

The best part is that he can serve as a hearthrob from youngsters to old people.

The bitter part on Vivek is that he criticized the warm hearted and benovelent Vivek Oberoi who chose Cuddalore( a Tsunami affected region) for rehabilitation, in an abominable manner.
