This page disagrees with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sternocostal_joints wrt sternocostal joints. This article refers to the sternocostal joints as consisting of the rib connecting to the sternum - whereas sternocostal joints are the costal cartilages connecting to the sternum and are not cartilaginous joints but mostly synovial.



Removed the see also about Symphysiotomy as this refers to the pubic symphysis which is a secondary cartilaginous joint not a primary cartilaginous like a synchondrosis. Sleevicus (talk) 10:40, 5 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
