Common name Gold Spot Pleco (L001) ________________ Adult size in the aquarium.... both sexes reach around 25 centimetres. ________________ Sexing Generally there is no difference between the sexes, although mature females may be plumper. It is claimed that the width of the head may also be an indicator. ________________ Diet Vegetarian/Omnivore in the aquarium.... provide plenty of vegetable matter - Spirulina tablets and pellets, algae wafersand zucchini, as well as driftwood to chew on. Feed occasionally with frozen bloodwrom and meaty pellets such as Carnivore pellets or Shrimp pellets. ________________ Swimming level They inhabit the bottom level of the tank, but will range through all levels when cruising. ________________ Recommended for large tanks; cichlid tanks; moderatley experienced to experienced fishkeepers; established tanks.
