This user's background and interests include the development of nutritionally dense foods, antioxidant enzyme induction. I am interested in advancing my own insights into calorie restriction mimetics, the human genome, xenohormesis and human biology especially as it relates to plant based enviornmental signaling that trigger epigenetic changes in humans and animals.
