Template:CurrentSingles Afterglow is the second single from their new album Switch by Australian band INXS.

The song was written by Andrew Farriss and Desmond Child and tells to respect death and move on from the past, that is, from INXS's perspection, the song talks about moving on from the death of the Michael Hutchence and the song can relate to other people unlike the last track in the album Switch "God's Top Ten" that only relates to them and close friends.

The song consists of synth, strings, airy guitar and new lead singer J.D. Fortune (who won INXS's reality television show Rockstar: INXS).
