Hi Jeff,

As I wrote in my comments when I deleted the "content" from the page about Dr. King's assassination:

deleted reference to Mayor Washington being the first black mayor of DC. He was the first mayor period.

He was the first mayor of DC. Choose any characteristic about him and he will be the first X mayor of DC. Should we also mention that Mayor Washington was the first male mayor of DC or the first mayor of DC under 80 or the first mayor of DC born in April? 69.137.229.222 (talk)
