Rimenov (רימאנאוו) is the name of a Hasidic group within Orthodox Judaism. The group originated in a town called Rymanów (Yiddish: Rimenov) [rɨˈmanuf], (lat. Rimanovia, or Rimanoa), in Poland's Subcarpathian Voivodeship. It is located in the heartland of the Doły (Pits), and its average altitude is 420 metres (1,377.95 ft) above sea level, although there are some hills located within the confines of the city.
Rimenov rebbes
The Rebbe of Rimenov was Grand Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimanov (1745–1815), author of Sifrei haRahak Rabbi Menachem Mendel me-Rymanów, Divrei Menachem, Menachem Tzion.
