Current university instructor in Icelandic language and literature. Studied 2 years at Háskóli Íslands (University of Iceland). Studied 3 years at Söngskólinn í Reykavík (Reykjavik School of Singing). Completed BA from University of Manitoba 2000, Major: Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Minor: Icelandic Language and Literature. Completed MPhil from Cambridge University 2001, Department: Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic, Thesis topic: The Literary, Linguistic and Archeological Information on the Construction of Viking Ships.
