Dr. Dena Westerfield (born January 26th, 1971) is an American professional female bodybuilding, a personal trainer, and a neuromuscular therapist . She currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri.[1]
Early life and education
Dena Westerfield was born and spent most of her life in St.Petersburg, Florida. Westerfield became a neuromuscular therapist at the Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, Florida. In 2002, she moved to St. Louis, Missouri to attend Logan Chiropractic College. In 2004 the Westerfield Health Center opened.
Career
In 2005, Dena won her IFBB pro card. In 2006, she attended her first Ms. Olympia.
