Night Fishing is the 2008 second album of Sakanaction, and follow up to Go to the Future. It contains 10 tracks.

When asked about the approach Sakanaction took to this album, vocalist Ichirō Yamaguchi stated:
"Night" was the theme I was thinking. It's mostly a night when people become anxious or worried... I had been thinking to make a song with such a bumpy ride emotionally, and the result was this "Night Fishing"... While the first album shows our persistence such as a play on words, we went more direct with the second album, making it one-shot deal.[1]
Yamaguchi wanted to take a more adventurous approach to this album in comparison to their debut album, Go to the Future. The fashion in which the lyrics were created more in the style of a haiku, giving it a different feel from that of Go to the Future.[1] The tracks on Night Fishing are a blend of electronica and club music.[2]
