The Ultimate All in One device created by Miljan Lacmanovic, Nick Nguyen, John Callanan who graduated from Southern New Hampshire University.
Our product is the All in one device (aka the AiO). The AiO is a new portable and home entertainment system that will revolutionize the way people interact with media. By combining all of todays technology into one new device, the AiO will combine TV’s, computers, video games, mp3 players, internet, phone, gps, movies, camera/video recorder, tablets and anything else that we now have a separate device for will all be in the AiO.
The mission of the AiO is to become the go-to device in the electronic industry for all. To satisfy our customers needs we will offer an AiO that has an ergonomic and sleek design, as well as offer top of the line entertainment services. Our initial plan will be to offer a low sales price and a family service plan. After the initial sale, the price will return to a profitable level. The budget for this project will be very high because of the technological requirements of the device.
Our competition will obviously be envious of our product and request a partnership or co-ownership of the product. Eventually if we get enough support from key companies in the media industry, our device will be popular enough that we can implement a pull strategy vs. our initial push strategy and companies will request that their service be available on our product.
The Business Challenge
Initial release of the product will gain us recognition and popularity with consumers. Initial release will also have a sale price and sale service price. A company should invest in the AiO because it will be the premier entertainment device for households, travel and general purposes.
The Market Our target market is everybody of every age who uses entertainment in their life. The location of our market will be in the U.S. until we have enough resources to expand to the rest of the world. The size of our market will be very large because we are targeting everyone of all ages. The market will be good for a product such as the AiO because we will try to make it affordable and convenient for all consumers. Once the product takes off the demand will be extremely high seeing as how it will replace all electronic media and will be the new way of viewing future entertainment. Competition will be companies like Sony, Microsoft, or Apple, Samsung etc. Basically any company that still sells products like TV’s, video games, cellphones etc. Once the AiO is a household product there wont be any need for things like TV’s or computers anymore so our product will beat the competition. The Product
The history of our product started with a brainstorming session in which we were thinking of a new product or an improvement of an existing product. We came up with the idea of combining all forms of electronic media and entertainment into one device that could be used by anyone anywhere. Over time we continued to add features to it and gave it the name All in One or the AiO. The AIO will be a rectangular tablet-like device that has 1780p resolution. It will have all the features of devices such as cellphones, tablets, TV’s, laptops/desktop computers, video game consoles, gps devices etc. The mobile version which can be used as a cellphone or tablet will be able to be used as a cellphone size, or extended up to the size of tablet or larger, and will also come with a home docking station that can display your media such as TV’s or movies on a bigger screen at your home. It will come with ports and wires necessary to adapt to TV’s other tablets, monitors, etc, for those who are still using ancient technology. It is currently in the development stage of its life cycle. We will trademark the name All in One and the abbreviation AiO to protect our brand. Obviously there will be imitations but people will remember the AiO as the original All in One device which is the best quality All in One on the market. It will be packaged in a sleek looking stainless steel box that will catch the eyes of consumers. It will be produced in Switzerland because they never go to war and have always remained neutral and had a stable currency. Our future product extensions will feature new models with updated technology as the future of entertainment makes advancements in technology.
