Danilo Fernando Avelar, born on June 9, 1989 in Paranavai, Paraná, is a professional Brazilian football player. He currently plays for Karpaty Lviv but is on loan to Cagliari.

Career

Avelar began his career in Brazilian clubs and May 10, 2010 joined on loan to December 2010 to Karpaty Lviv in Ukrainian Premier League.[1] The new head coach of FC Schalke 04 announced on 23 March 2011 that the club will not pulled the sale option and Avelar returned on 30 June 2011 to his club Karpaty Lviv.[2]
