Isn't this a little shady? Sounds like an ad to me. I don't know a thing about the Monroe Institute, but maybe someone can clean this up and make it a bit more encyclopaedic?

I agree. I know a bit about TMI, but not enough to add anything specific. Maybe something about its history?
