Colin Gregory Palmer Grey; C.G.P. Grey, alternatively CGPGrey, is a YouTube video creator, native to New York. Grey is known for posting witty and entertaining educational videos onto YouTube. His most popular videos feature him debunking popular misconceptions.[1] His video debunking misconceptions has been featured on CBS.[2] Two videos of Grey's feature him differentiating London, England and the City of London.[3][4] Another two videos of Grey's, which feature him explaining copyright laws and The Electoral College have been featured on Mashable.[5][6] C.G.P Grey has also explained his hatred towards pennies, in another of his viral videos, Death to Pennies.[7]

Grey also published a series of videos explaining the differences between various election procedures, especially criticizing the shortcomings of First Past the Post (Gerrymandering, Minority Rule, Lack of Condorcet Winner, Two-party system, Spoiler effect) and discussing the relative advantages of the Alternative Vote (aka Instant Run-Off Elections) and Mixed-Member Proportional election of councils.
