The Real Husbands of Hollywood is an upcoming semi-reality television series to premiere on January 15, 2013 on Black Entertainment Television (BET).
It is created by comedian Kevin Hart, and follows him and some other celebrities including: Boris Kodjoe, Duane Martin, Robin Thicke, J.B. Smoove, Nick Cannon, Nelly, and Faizon Love. The Series follow these eight celebrities on there surreal life. The series is supposed to be a mock-up series of that of the Real House Wives series, but, this series is a semi-scripted series, which is different of that of its sister series. A sneak peek was shown during the 2011 Bet Awards. And the official promo was seen in October of 2012.
The series is set to premiere on January 15, 2013.
Development
The show is told to have been in development for at least three years, judging by the showing of the sneak peek of the show on the BET Awards in 2011. Kevin Hart is also told to have been talking to BET about coming up with a new Television Series. [2]
Plot
The semi-reality show is supposed to follow Kevin Hart, Nick Canon, Nelly, Robin Thicke, Boris Kodjoe, Duane Martin, J.B. Smoove, and Faizon Love on their surreal life.
