Nagisa Oshima TV documentaries

Hi, I think the Nagisa Oshima TV documentary titles in English are not "AKA" but actually just translations by Wikipedians. So they should go in brackets like Sugoi Eiga [Great Film] rather than using AKA. JoshuSasori (talk) 05:12, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Thank you for the comment. Maureen Cheryn Turim wrote "1964 Chita Niseigo Taiyeiyo Odan (Crossing the Pacific on the Chita Niseigo)", for example, in The Films of Oshima Nagisa: Images of a Japanese Iconoclast. I guess they are not "just translations by Wikipedians". I'm going to check other titles. 123.224.191.185 (talk) 05:24, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I reverted your change because I was not sure you were going to reply. Sorry about that. I don't want to mess things up by re-reverting then unreverting again, so can we discuss here, and then if we agree let's put them back into your format. Thanks for the edits, it is great to see people doing content work. JoshuSasori (talk) 05:28, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. I guess we can use the book The Films of Oshima Nagisa: Images of a Japanese Iconoclast as a reliable source to add the English title as AKA. What do you think? 123.224.191.185 (talk) 05:36, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've undone my revert and I'll leave the rest of the editing to your good judgement. Thanks again for the edits, sorry to kick up a fuss. JoshuSasori (talk) 05:37, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I'll fix other titles as per the book. 123.224.191.185 (talk) 05:40, 20 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
