The following is by me, Jon Wurl:

I am a freelance web developer. My principal credentials derive from several decades of software development experience. See MariPress Web Designs and ElectroChallenge Designs for more information.

Despite the fact that most of my life and career I have been focused on hard technical skills (engineering) I have studied many aspects of the "liberal arts" both formally and informally, and am in the throes of writing a book. In the course of that I have found several subjects that I believe are of general interest and am somewhat surprised that no one has bothered to create Wikipedia entries on these subjects. So I guess that leaves it up to me! I am excited to contribute to these subjects!
