In addition to encouraging volunteering, 1M4U offers funds to youth volunteer organizations through the Dana Sukarelawan 1Malaysia (DRe1M) initiative. The funds are not disbursed in any set amount, but tend to be low as they are designed for community level organizations. In 2012, only RM200,000 out of the RM100,000,000 allocated to the program was used.[3]
