L'Astrance is a restaurant in Paris, France. The chef is Pascal Barbot. It ranked 53rd in the Elite Traveler World's Top Restaurants Guide 2012 [1]. In 2012 L'Astrance was ranked by S Pelligrino as one of the 50 best restaurants in the world; it ranked 18. It has been on the list for 7 years. [1]
