H. Gopal Bhandary, is an Indian politician from the state of Karnataka, and the current Member of Legislative Assembly of Karnataka. H. Gopal Bhandary was elected as MLA from Karkal (Karkala) constituency.

H. Gopal Bhandary won the Karkal assembly seat by 1537 votes when the elections for Karnataka state assembly last held in 2008. [1]
