Wadsworth, Tx is a town near Highway 60 and Farm roads 521 and 2078 in south central Matagorda County with a population of 3083 according to the 2000 census. It is what people have to slow down to 45mph for if they are going in between MatagordaMatagorda, Tx and Bay CityBay City, Tx. It has Guffy's and J&J Gas stations, several neighborhoods full of big dogs, and the priviledge of being the town in the county with the closest proximity to the two petro-chemical processing plants and STP, the nuclear power plant.
