Richard Filion has been since 2005 the director general of Dawson College, the largest and one of the most important collegial institutions in the province of Quebec.[1] In early 2013, he and other members of the Dawson administration have been involved in the expulsion of Ahmed Al-Khabaz, a twenty-year-old computer science student who discovered a securitybreach in the school's computer system.
