The 2014 CONCACAF Under-20 Women's Championship is the seventh edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. The United States are the defending champions.

The tournament is hosted by the Cayman Islands from 9 to 19 January 2013.[1][2]

The top three teams qualify to the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada. Canada has already qualified for the World Cup as the host and so will not paticpate in this tournament.
