Isla Elizabeth Phillips (born 29 March 2012) is the second great grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II.[3] She is the daughter of Peter and Autumn Phillips and has an elder sister Savannah. She was born in the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Her grandmother is Princess Anne. Savannah is currently fourteenth in line to the throne.
