The Hyde Harrier is a British cafe racer motorcycle designed by Norman Hyde and unveiled at the British motorcycle show in 1987. Using donor engines from the Triumph Bonneville twin or Triumph Trident triple of the time and a frame developed by Harris Performance, along with performance brakes by AP Lockhead and Dymag wheels, the Harrier was described in contemporary press road tests as "sleek road-legal 130 mph cafe racer”. Following the closure of the Triumph co-operative at Meriden and introduction of the Triumph Motorcycles Ltd factory at Hinckley, Hyde updated his orginal design to create the Harrier Jubilee, which was launched at Motorcycle Live in 2008. Harrier motorcycles are sold in kit form.
