Relevance

This is an English article. Information on German employment reference letters is largely irrelevant. I know that these letters have been written in other countries as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.190.127.229 (talk) 05:05, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I strongly agree. This article is about German reference letters, which are unique in the world. There is no reference to reference letters we know in english spoken countries. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.183.128.143 (talk) 17:42, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree with regards to the lack of relevance. In a German business/legal context, employment reference letters are extremely important. The topic is certainly relevant enough to have a short article for non-German speakers. It is, however, debatable whether Reference letter should link to that article. I might clean up and reorganise a bit in the coming weeks, suggestions welcome. -- Sigi fikanz (talk) 19:15, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
