Mobility Carsharing (officially Mobility Cooperative) is a Swiss cooperative of car sharing. It covers almost all organised carsharing in Switzerland[1].

History

The company was founded in 1997 (fusion of ATG AutoTeilet Genossenschaft and ShareCom founded in 1987) and is based in Lucerne[2]. It is the most important car sharing company in Switzerland[1].

Services

In 2012, Mobility has about 105’000 customers and 2'650 at 1'380 stations throughout Switzerland[3].

It has partnerships with, for instance, the Swiss Post[4], the Swiss Federal Railways[5], universities[6][7] and companies.
