QLess is a company headquartered in the USA that produces a software product called QLess. It is a type of queue management system that allows customers to wait in a virtual line rather than a physical one. The customer provides his mobile phone number and receives an SMS when he gets to the front of the line. This is known as Mobile Queuing.[1]

In 2013, QLess won the Silver Stevie Award for Company of the Year in Computer Services in Europe, Bronze Stevie Award for Most Innovative Company of the Year in Canada and the US, as well as Bronze Stevie Award for Company of the Year in Computer Software in Europe.[2]
