Bobiri Forest Reserve and Butterfly Sanctuary is an Ecotourism center and the only Butterfly Sancturay in West Africa.It boast of about 400 specifies of butterflies.It is located on the main Accra - Kumasi Highway at village called Kubease, about 30 kilometers from Kumasi. It is also about 25 minutes drive from the KNUST.It is enclosed by six communities which are;Krofrom,Kubease,Ndobom,Koforidua,Nkwankwaduam andTsteteseakasum, It was created in 1931.
